The Counter-technologies @ the Edgelands Conference in February 2020 will bring together activists, organizers, academics and artists to interrogate how border communities are particularly affected by new technologies of surveillance, digital targeting, militarism, police, and border enforcement in San Diego/Tijuana and globally.

La conferencia “Contratecnologías en Tierras Limítrofes” reúne activistas, organizadores, académicos y artistas para cuestionar cómo nuevas tecnologías de vigilancia y focalización digital, el militarismo, la supervisión policiaca así como los mecanismos del régimen de frontera afectan a las comunidades que habitan esta zona.
